Shipping & Deliveries
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Milestones Ministry. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Deliveries Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Milestones Ministry uses either on-line delivery for down-loadable products or the United States Postal Service for all other shipments. All our products (except blessing bowl sets, blessing bowls, and gifting stones) are shipped from our main office in Ridgeley, West Virginia. All blessing bowl sets, blessing bowls, and gifting stones are shipped directly from our potter in Decorah, Iowa. None of our products are considered hazardous materials by the U.S. Postal Service.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed withing 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Since our pottery products are individually handmade, large quantity orders of the same product can sometimes take several additional days for manufacture. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Milestones Ministry uses a flat rate U.S. Postal Service charge that includes both shipping and handling charges based on the total shippng weight.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Depending on the product and the total shipment weight, sometimes a flat rate parcel mail order will be upgraded to a priority mail box shipment at no additional cost to improve shipment time. On extremely large orders that exceed 20 pounds shipping weight, please contact us first before ordering (info@milestonesministry.org or 304-300-0836) so we can adjust the shipping method for the best results.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Milestones Ministry ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Milestones Ministry sends a shipment confirmation email on online delivery (downloads) once payment has cleared and the order is closed. We send a shipment confirmation email on all other orders when they are delivered to the U.S. Postal Service for shipment. Since our pottery products are shipped directly from Decorah, Iowa, sometimes there may be multiple shipments depending on the content of the order.
Milestones Ministry obtains USPS tracking numbers on all our domestic shipments. If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please email or call us (info@milestonesministry.org or 304-300-0836) and we will follow up with the U.S. Postal Service to determine the current delivery status.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Milestones Ministry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Milestones Ministry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us (info@milestonesministry.org or 304-300-0836) to arrange for filing a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Milestones Ministry currently ships our prducts to Australia, Canada, England, New Zealand, Norway, and South Africa. All our orders are processed in U.S. Dollars. We use either on-line delivery for down-loadable products or the United States Postal Service for all other international shipments. We limit our international postal shipments to less than 2.0 pounds in order to maintain reasonable shipment charges.
International shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Milestones Ministry uses a flat rate U.S. Postal Service charge that includes both shipping and handling charges based on the total shipping weight. We have two flat rates for each country which are based on the total shipping weight. Delivery estimates are difficult to calculate for international shipments as they vary greatly depending upon distance and customs processing time. If your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable delivery time, please email us (info@milestonesministry.org) and we will follow up with the U.S. Postal Service to determine the current location and delivery status.
